Ministry Of Administrative Development ,Labour and Social Affairs released the new procedures in changing jobs in Qatar. State of Qatar workers can now change employers without obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Steps below apply to private sector workers covered by Labour Law No. 14 of 2004, agricultural and grazing workers, domestic workers and fishermen.
