Location Amendment in Trade License

- Rent application
- ID of Qatari
- General Manager ID copy
- QID of applicant
- Authorization Letter
- Civil defense certificate(for big spaces and offices only) Completion certificate
- Building License ( Sanad Milkiya)
- Approval of activity
- Approval of Baladia (Villa)
- QID copy of building owner
- Building Blue plate no.
