Work Permit

Residents in Qatar who are under the sponsorship of their family members may submit a request to obtain a work permit at the Recruitment Department at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Application form to Labor Dept (Signed & Stamped)
• Computer Card (CC)
• NOC from company to Labor & CEID
• NOC from Family Sponsor to Labor & CEID
• QID of applicant and sponsor Education Certificate (for high position)
• Labor contract
• 2pcs. Passport Size Photo
• Qatar PCC
• Copy of Company CR, TL & CC
